Kegel Throne
Pelvic floor health is often under looked until problems begin to prevent themselves. Whether you have had children or not, pelvic floor muscles naturally weaken with age. Incontinence can be an uncomfortable and embarrassing result for many women. Now, there is a non-evasive solution!
The Kegel Throne, sometimes called the Emsella Chair or Tesla Electromagnetic Chair, uses advanced electrotherapy to stimulate deep pelvic floor muscles without surgery or downtime. According to studies from the National Institutes of Health, it shows a subjective cure rate of nearly 70%. Even more impressive, about 95% of users report better bladder control and improved pelvic floor health after treatment.
How Does the Kegel Throne Work
The Kegel Throne (also called the Emsella Chair or Tesla Electromagnetic Chair) is like a workout for your pelvic floor! It’s a non-invasive treatment that uses focused electromagnetic energy to stimulate and strengthen the deep pelvic muscles. In just one session, you’ll be doing thousands of powerful Kegels without lifting a finger.
A strong pelvic floor is crucial for things like bladder control, intimate health, and core stability. But things like childbirth, aging, and other factors can weaken these muscles, leading to problems like urinary incontinence or discomfort.
What to expect?
You’ll sit fully clothed on the Emsella Chair, so there’s no need to feel awkward. The chair sends out electromagnetic pulses that make your pelvic muscles contract and relax at a fast pace. It’s like a super-charged workout for your muscles, improving strength and control, all while you sit back and relax. It’s basically a personal trainer for your pelvic floor! It is estimated that you will achieve 11,200 kegels in one 30 minute sitting!

Increased Bladder Control
Stress urinary incontinence: This is when urine leaks during physical activities like coughing, sneezing, or exercising. Emsella strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, which can help reduce leakage.
Urge incontinence: If you experience a sudden, intense urge to urinate followed by leakage, The Kegel Throne (also known as Emsella Chair) may help improve control over bladder function by enhancing the strength and endurance of the pelvic muscles.
Enhanced Intimate Sexual Health
Sexual wellness: The Kegel Throne (also known as the Emsella Chair) can improve pelvic floor strength, which can have a positive impact on sexual function. Stronger muscles may lead to better sensation and satisfaction during intimacy, making it beneficial for those who feel their pelvic health is affecting their sexual life. Many have reported stronger, more intense and longer lasting orgasms after treatment.
Perimenopause, Postpartum and Pelvic Pain

Kegel Throne FAQ’s
How effective is it?
The Kegel Throne chair uses high intensity focused electromagnetic HIFEM energy to create thousands of pelvic floor contractions in one session. These contractions work much deeper than regular Kegel exercises and help strengthen the pelvic muscles that support the bladder. Many clients report fewer bladder leaks and better control after completing the recommended sessions. If you are exploring options like Kegel Throne Oakville, this type of treatment is often considered a non-invasive way to support pelvic health. While results vary for each person, many people notice stronger pelvic support and improved comfort in daily life.
How long do the effects last?
Results can last for several months after treatment. However, pelvic floor muscles can weaken again over time, especially if you already have a weakened pelvic floor due to aging, childbirth, or hormonal changes. Maintenance sessions help continue strengthening the muscles and supporting pelvic health. Many clients exploring options like Kegel Throne Oakville return for touch-up visits three to four times per year to maintain their results and keep their progress consistent.
Is the treatment worth it?
For many people, improving pelvic health can make a real difference in their quality of life. The treatment is completely non invasive, requires no recovery time, and allows you to remain fully clothed during your appointment. If you struggle with bladder control, discomfort, or pelvic weakness, exploring options like Kegel Throne Oakville may offer a comfortable and effective way to support your pelvic health.
Does it really work?
Clinical studies and user experiences show that the Kegel Throne can help rebuild pelvic floor strength. By stimulating the muscles with focused energy, the treatment encourages stronger contractions than standard exercise alone. This process helps restore support around the bladder and pelvic organs, which may reduce symptoms related to pelvic weakness or pelvic organ prolapse.
Is treatment covered by insurance?
In most cases, insurance plans do not cover this treatment because it is considered an elective wellness service. However, policies differ between providers, so it is still a good idea to check with your insurance company to confirm whether any reimbursement options are available.
Does it help with vaginal tightness?
The main goal of treatment is to support pelvic floor health and muscle strength. As the muscles become stronger, some clients report improved tone and sensation as a secondary benefit. However, the primary purpose of the treatment is pelvic support and bladder control, not cosmetic tightening.
